Mountain States Eye Center is a comprehensive ophthalmology practice in Salt Lake City, Utah under the supervision of Dr. Corey J. Miller. Using state-of-the-art techniques and equipment, our skilled team provides a wide variety of ophthalmic services. Our provider is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist providing the highest quality of individualized care to patients of all ages.

Eye Exams

Dr. Miller provides general eye exams for patients of all ages. Routine eye exam are recommended every 1-2 years.

Surgical

Dr. Miller completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Minnesota where he received the Lee Best Resident Surgeon of the Year award.

When you need contacts or glasses to go about your day, it’s important to make sure they meet all your vision needs.

Miller, the esteemed physician who has provided exceptional care for 38+ years, retired at the end of 2022. He will be greatly missed at Mountain States Eye Center but fear not, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree! We are thrilled to introduce you to Dr. Corey J. Miller, who just happens to share the same name as his father, but with a unique twist… a different middle initial. With this charming twist of fate, we assure you that Dr. Corey J. Miller brings his own set of exceptional skills, experience, and dedication to continuing the legacy of outstanding medical care. Rest assured, you’ll still receive top-notch care, but now with a dash of family resemblance.
